Beef Tips and Rice
2lbs cut up stew meat
1 20 oz coca cola
1 big can cream of mushroom soup
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix.
Mix together in bean pot. Put lid on and cook in oven on 350 for 2 hours. Serve over rice.
This is a variation of the Coke roast - only you're using the beef tips..........delicious!
