* 4 cans niblet corn
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2 cans cream of celery soup
* 8 ozs. sour cream
* 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* salt & pepper to taste
* 2 rolls crushed Ritz Crackers
* 1/4 cup stick butter
* Mix all ingredients inside of Bean Pot EXCEPT crackers & butter.
* Sprinkle crackers on top as a layer over the corn mixture.
* Add thinly sliced pats of butter over the entire top layer.
* Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
